Privacy Policy
Seasypay is a leading invoice software that has been designed to enhance business efficiency, streamline operations, improve cash inflow, and enhance client satisfaction. Seasypay provides technical support and training services to the end-users of its products and services. Our biggest commitment is that we do not make a single dollar from advertising revenue—never have, never will—even from the free editions of our products. This means we avoid the fundamental conflict of interest between gathering customer information and fuelling advertising revenue, and the unavoidable compromise that it brings to customer privacy. Seasypay is committed to maintaining the privacy and security of your personal information and complying with the obligations under the Privacy Act 1988 (“Privacy Act”), including all applicable Australian Privacy Principles (“APPs”). The goal of this policy is to explicitly outline how we collect, use, disclose and store information. This policy is unfortunately longer
than we would like, but we shall unambiguously address all the relevant cases. We will try to keep the language as simple and direct as possible.
If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of our Privacy Policy, including in relation to the manner of collection or use of your information, please do not use or access the Site or otherwise interact with our business. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this Privacy Policy, you can contact us here .
